Peas and Soya Roll

ingredients

    2 rotis
    2 tbsp Kissan tomato ketchup
    4 tbsp peas and soya filling

    1 cup soya granules ( soaked and when using squeeze excess water )
    1/2 cup boiled peas
    1 medium onion ( finely diced)
    2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
    2 green chilies (finely chopped)
    1/2 tsp ginger paste
    1/2 tsp garlic paste
    A pinch of turmeric powder
    A pinch of garam masala powder.
    2 tbsp oil
    Salt

preparation method

1- Spread ketchup on the roti, spoon the peas and soya filling on the roti, roll tightly and serve.

1-Heat oil in a pan.
2- Add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for 30 seconds or until its turn golden.
3- Add the onions, saute till translucent.
4- Add soya granules and peas and fry for 5 minutes.
5- Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, green chillies, corriander and salt, mix well.
6- Cook for 10 minutes, until the water evaporates and the filling is dry.
7- Take it out in a bowl and cool the filling.
