Penne with Spicy Paneer Balls in Tangy Tomato Sauce
Chopped onion & garlic
Chopped green chillies
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Crushed Corn Flakes
Red Chilli flakes
Heat Pan. Drizzle some oil, add onion & garlic to hot oil. Sautee till pink.
Add parsley and green chilli. Now add this mixture to grated paneer. Also add parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. Now make small balls of it. First dip in flour, then dip in egg and then coat with crushed corn flakes. Now either use air fryer or pan to deep fry the panner balls.
Boil water, season it and add penne till its cooked.
Lets prepare the sauce. Heat pan, heat oil. Add chopped onion & garlic. Also add red chilli flakes and basil. Now add Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Add tomato from the can. Also some pasta water.
Now add the prepared paneer balls. Let it simmer for 3 – 4 minutes. Check the penne, if properly boiled then add to the sauce and toss it properly. Your meal is ready to serve hot.
