Peri Peri Chicken


    1. Chicken Breast 200gms
    2. Green and Yellow Zuccini 25gms
    3. Capsicum 25gms
    4. Red & Yellow Bell Peppers 20gms
    5. Baby Corn 25gms
    6 Oil 30ml
    7. Peri Peri Powder 20gms
    8 Potatoes 4 Nos
    9 Thyme 25gms
    10. Garlic 15gms
    11 Salt & Pepper As per Taste

preparation method

Peri Peri Chicken

• Marinate the chicken breast with oil, periperi powder, salt, and garlic and keep it to rest for sometime.
• Now grill the marinated chicken breast on a grill pan until it turns golden drown.

For Mashed Potato:

• In a pan add the mashed potato, butter and cream.
• Now whisk the mixture until it forms a smooth texture. Mashed potatoes are ready.
Stir Fried Vegetables:

• In a pan heat the oil
• Add the vegetables and then add salt and pepper
• Saute the vegetables
• Stir Fried Vegetables are ready to serve.


• Heat oil in a pan
• Add chopped onion, garlic, tomato puree, thyme, salt and pepper
• Simmer it and reduce it until it achieves a sauce like consistency.
• Sauce is ready.
• Serve the Roasted Peri Peri Chicken with the mashed potatoes; stir fried vegetables and the sauce.
