Phapar ko roti and mooli ko aachar


     1 Buckwheat flour 400 ml
    2 Oil 4 tbsp
    3 Spring onion leaves 1 nos
    4 Deggi mirch 1 tsp
    5 Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
    6 Radish 100 gms
    7 Mustard powder 1 tsp
    8 Cumin powder 1 tsp
    9 Salt To taste
    10 Coriander leaves For garnishing

preparation method

In bowl take buckwheat flour add salt, cumin powder and water mix it and make a thin batter.
Now heat oil in a pan and make small pan cakes of the batter.
Chop spring onion and add it to the pan cakes and add red chilli powder
Cut radish into long fingers and add roasted mustard seeds powder, salt and cumin powder
Take another pan and heat oil and add fenugreek seeds .when the seeds starts popping pour it on to the radish and add coriander leaves to it.
Finally serve phapar ko roti with mooli ko aachar
