Pineapple Cheese Salad

The Pineapple Cheese Salad is not as sweet because the cheese cuts the sugary taste.

ingredients

    Pineapple chunks:- 1 can
    Egg:- 1
    Processed American cheese (cubed):- 1 pound
    White sugar:- 3/4 cup
    All purpose flour:- 2 tbsp

preparation method

Drain the juice from the pineapple into a saucepan.

In this juice, mix sugar, flour and egg. Cook on medium heat, constantly stirring till thickened. Allow it to cool.

Take  cheese and pineapple chunks in a bowl.

Then pour the cooled pineapple juice mixture all over the cheese and pineapple; stir well.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve with juice/milkshake.
