Pineapple Jam Roll

ingredients

    8 slices of bread ( sides cut)
    3 tbsp kissan pineapple jam
    1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple ( tinned pineapple slices)

    Dipping batter
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tbsp caster sugar
    2 tbsp Butter for frying

preparation method

1- In a bowl whisk all the dipping ingredients.
2- Spread pineapple jam on bread slices.
3- Put a few pieces of pineapple and roll.
4- Dip the roll in the egg mixture.
5- Heat butter in a pan and fry the rolls.
