Pista Souffle tastes really delicious and is easy to prepare.
Sugar:- 25 gm.
Egg yolks:- 2
Gelatin:- 2 tsp.
Boiled milk:- 100 ml
Pista ice-cream:- 70 gm
Fresh cream:- 200 gm.
Sugar:- As needed
Eggs whites:- 2
In a bowl, combine sugar, egg yolk and boiled milk together.
Then mix the double boiled gelatin and stir well.
Put fresh cream and pista ice-cream.
In another bowl, beat the egg and sugar together until it becomes light.
Mix this egg-sugar mixture in it.
Place in freezer till it sets completely.
Pista souffle is ready.
Garnish with cream andpistachios. Serve chilled. Dust with sugar powder and serve immediately.
