Pita Sandwich

ingredients

    Pita bread-2 cut into half
    Lettuce-4 leaves
    Pickle cucumber-3-4(chopped)
    Yellow bell pepper-2tbsp (chopped)
    Red bell pepper2 tbsp (chopped)
    Beetroot-2tbsp (grated)
    Sour cream-4 spoonful
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste

preparation method

Method:- Cut each bread in to two equal halves . fill each pocket with lettuce, pickled cucumber, yellow and red bell pepper, beetroot ,salt pepper and top it up with sour cream and serve.
