Pitachi Mirchi


    1 Gram flour 250 gms
    2 Oil 2 tbsp
    3 Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    4 Mustard seeds 1 ½ tsp
    5 Curry leaves 12-15 nos
    6 Asafetida Pinch
    7 Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    8 Onion 1 nos
    9 Green bell pepper 1 nos
    10 Salt To taste

preparation method

Roast gram flour in pan.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves once they crackle, then add in the turmeric powder, asafoetida, chopped onion and 1 inch dices of green bell pepper and mix it properly.
Now add deggi mirch powder and mix properly and lots of water in it and stir it properly.
Then add the roasted gram flour and mix it properly so that there are no lumps in it.
Now add salt to taste and take it out in a serving bowl and serve it with bhakri’s.
