3 cups wheat flour
    1 cup soya flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tbsp yeast
    Water as needed
    2 tbsp pizza sauce
    2 tsp onion
    ½ cup mixed bell peppers
    3-4 basil leaves
    1 tbsp cheese
    3 tbsp cup tofu

preparation method

To make a healthier pizza, healthier dough is necessary.

1.In a bowl add some wheat flour, soya flour, salt, olive oil, yeast, water and knead into dough and let it rest for an hour.
2.Roll the dough
3.Spread some pizza sauce and top with onions, mixed bell peppers, cheese and tofu on it.
4.Bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
