Pork Cutlets with Mustard Sour Cream Sauce


Pork Cutlets with mustard sour cream sauceis a contemporary and modern take on the traditional pork chop.


    Pork chops - 6

    Chicken Bouillon cube–1

    Chicken broth – 1 cup

    For sauce:

    Sour cream–1 cup

    Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoons

    Sherry – 1 tablespoon

    Salt and pepper – to taste

preparation method

Place Pork cutlets in the cooking pan and add butter. Fry the cutlets until brown. Mix Bouillon cube in Chicken broth and pour over the pork cutlets. Simmer the flame for about 30 minutes and remove the cutlets from the pan when tender.

For sauce:

Mix all the sauce ingredients and cook over low flame for about 10 minutes. Add cutlets into the same pan and cook for an additional minute.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve immediately.
