Potato & Onion Soup with Veggie Twist


    1. Onion [Peeled & Chopped]  4 Nos
    2. Potato [Cut into even sized pieces] 400gms
    3. Butter 3 tbsp
    4. Olive Oil 1 tbsp
    5. Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist 1 Pkt
    6. Salt To Taste
    7. Grated Nutmeg A Pinch
    8. Freshly Ground Pepper To Taste
    9. Water 250 ml

preparation method

Take a bowl of water. Heat it in a pan.
Put SMO veggie twist oats in that pan and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins.
Take another pan and add 1tbsp of olive oil and 3 tbsp of butter and heat it.
Put peeled and chopped onions and potatoes cut in even sizes.
Put water in the pan.
Cook gently for about 15 minutes, or until they are very soft.
Add Saffola Masala Oats and further simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir it and add seasoning to it. Salt and pepper to taste and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
Puree the mixture in a blender or food processor
Sieve the puree, reheat gently, garnish it with parsley and bread stick and serve.
