Pumpkin Pudding

Pumpkin pudding is the perfect dessert to enhance the sweetness of all occasions.

ingredients

    Pumpkin :- 15-16 oz can
    Unsweetened soy milk :- 2 cups
    Nutmeg :- ΒΌ tsp
    Cinnamon :- 1-1/2 tsp
    Ginger :- 1/4 tsp
    Instant sugar-free butterscotch/vanilla pudding :- 1 box
    Vanilla (is using butterscotch) :- 1 tsp

preparation method

Whisk the flavors, pumpkin and half the milk together in a bowl.

While whisking, put the pudding mixture and the remaining milk. Whisk well to completely combine.

The prepared mixture will continue to thicken a little as time passes.

To get the desired consistency, add more spices or liquid.

Serve chilled.

    Top with toasted pecans and serve.
