Puri Bhaji


    1 ½ cup wheat flour
    Salt to taste
    2 tsp cumin seed
    1 cup palak puree
    Water for dough
    2 tsp ghee
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp green chilli
    1 pinch asafoetida
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp dry mango powder
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp red chilli powder
    1 ½ cup water
    1 cup pumpkin
    1 cup carrot
    Canola oil for fry
    1 tbsp green peas

preparation method

To make healthy poori bhaji

1.In a bowl add some wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds, spinach puree, water and knead a dough.
2.Roll small pooris and fry them in Canola oil.
To make the bhaji

1.Heat some ghee in a pan.
2.Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, asafoetida and cook well.
3.In a bowl add garam masala, dry mango powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, water and make a past.
4.Add the paste into the pan and add some pumpkin, carrots and water and cook the bahji.
5.Serve hot with puris
