Rajasthani Keri Panna
A sweet and tangy drink, perfect for summers.
Green Mangoes :- 2 nos.
Water :- 4 cups
Sugar :- 2 tbsp.
Rock Salt :- 1 ½ tsp.
Mint Leaves :- 2 tsp.
Salt :- To taste
Boil green mangoes in a pressure cooker, drain the water and let them cool down.
Scoop the pulp out of the mangoes and blend them in a blender. Take out the paste in a large jug.
Add all the other ingredients to the jug and mix well.
Add some ice to the keri panna before serving.
