Devour this spicy Rajasthani snack along with ketchup or chutney.
long green chillies, 4
medium potatoes boiled and squashed, 4
chilli powder, 1 teaspoon
Besan, 1 cup
First cut the green chillies length wise and remove all the seeds. Boil them in hot water. Now add salt and chilli powder to the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle potato masala around the chilli. In another bowl, combine together besan and salt water. Ensure the batter becomes thick and smooth. In a deep pan, heat oil and simultaneously start dipping the slit green chillies in besan batter. Deep fry them till they turn sautéed
You can serve these with tomato sauce or green chutney
