Rajma Kebab

ingredients

    250 gm Rajma ( soaked overnight and boiled)
    1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
    1 Onion (finely chopped)
    1 tomato ( finely chopped)
    2 tbsp Kissan tomato ketchup
    1Ž2 tsp Chilli flakes
    1 tsp Cumin powder
    1 tsp Red Chilli powder
    1 tsp Black Pepper powder
    1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
    Salt
    Oil for frying

preparation method

1- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste,and sauté till slightly brown.
2. Mix in tomato,fry till slightly soft, add tomato ketchup,chilly flakes, cumin powder,red chilli powder,pepper powder, garam masala powder, now add the grated coconut and sauté for a few more seconds.
3. Add the boiled rajma.Mix well,Cook till mixture is dry, remove from flame and keep aside to cool. Grind the mixture into a smooth paste.
4- Shape the mixture into small round flat kababs and pan fry them with very little oil.
5- Serve hot kababs with the tomato ketchup.
