Fruit and Nut Delight

ingredients

    1 Butter scotch Ice-cream 1cup
    2 Apricot juice 1cup
    3 Almonds 15-20
    4 kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped 1
    5 Tangerine slice to garnish Tangerine slice to garnish

preparation method

METHOD:

  1. In mocktail shaker mix 1 cup butter scotch ice cream and 1 cup apricot juice.
  2. Blanch 10-15 almonds, peel and cut them into slivers and put them in glasses.
  3. Top it with pieces of 1 cut and peeled kiwi and fill the remaining glass with butter scotch mixture.
  4. Garnish with a slice of tangerine and serve.
