Icy Mango Mocktail

    1 Raw mango ½
    2 Sugar 2 tbsp
    3 Ripe Mango, chopped and Frozen 1
    5 mint leaves 7-8
    6 Cranberry Juice 2 cups
    7 Ice cubes 6-7

preparation method


  1. Take 1 raw mango and chop them in small pieces. Then take mixer grinder and add the chopped mangoes in it Then add ½ cup water and make a puree.
  2. Then take a pan and add ½ cup sugar and some water .When the sugar starts to melt add the raw mango puree. Cook for a while and then let it cool.
  3. Then take a blender jar ,add ripe mango pieces , raw mango puree, a few mint sprigs and 2 cups cranberry juice and blend well.
  4. Decorate a tall glass with a mango wedge and pour the blended mocktail and serve.
