A meal filled with loads of taste and lots of flavors. A meal with the right balance of textures making it an apt sunday afternoon.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts: 6
1 sleeve of Ritz round crackers
Ground black pepper
Butter: 6 teaspoons
In a food processor, prepare a considerable amount of crumbs by crushing the crackers into fine particles.
Wash the chicken pieces under cold water and roll them in the crumb till the piece is coated completely. Repeat for all the chicken pieces.
In a baking tray add the battered chicken and drizzle a few teaspoons of butter over top.
Season the pieces with salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes till the chicken it no longer pink on the outside.
Serve immediately with steamed beans( French beans).
Serve with steamed vegetables on the side.
