Roasted Asparagus

Roasted Asparagus contains a slightly nutty flavor because of roasting and it’s an extremely healthy vegetable.


    Asparagus: -1 lb

    Olive oil: -1-1/2 tbsp

    Kosher salt/regular salt: -½ tsp/1/4 tsp

Preheat microwave to 425 degrees F.

Remove the lower part of the asparagus spears.

Peel the skin on the bottom two inches of the spears using a vegetable peeler.

Keep asparagus over baking foil-lined sheet and then drizzle with olive oil.

Now, sprinkle salt to taste.

Roll the asparagus around using your hand till they get coated with salt and oil.

Roast rolled asparagus for about 15 minutes or till they become tender.

When the tips of spears turn brown, take them out to avoid burning.

Serve with any type of juice or milkshake.
