Roasted Carrots with Sesame Ponzu Vinaigrette

Roasted Carrots with Sesame Ponzu Vinaigrette is a healthy and steamy dish perfect to complement an Oriental delicacy.

ingredients

    Carrot: – 1 pound (sliced)

    Olive oil: – 2 teaspoons

    Ponzu sauce: – 1 tablespoon

    Sesame oil: – 1/2  teaspoon

    Sesame seeds: – 1 teaspoon

    Green onion: – 1 tablespoon (chopped)

Roast the sliced carrots at 375F for about 18 minutes, until they turn tender.

Take cooking bowl and whisk all the other remaining ingredients.

Once the carrots are roasted, remove them and toss them in the other vinaigrette.

Serving Suggestions

    Add Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish.
