Roti Fry

You are sure to love this spicy and crunchy fry roti.


    Rotis, 3

    Oil ,Tadka Seeds, 1 tsp

    1 medium onion, chopped into long scales

    4 Green Chilies -Cut into small pieces

    dry curry Leaves, 3-4

    Cabbage finely shredded, 3 cups

    Peas, 1 cup

    Capsicum sliced length wise,

    Green Chilli Sauce, 1/2 tsp

    Red Chili Sauce, 1/2 tsp

    Coriander Leaves, 1 stem

    Salt – as needed

preparation method

First mash the rotis into fine pieces. Heat oil in the pan. Add onion, tadka seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and keep cooking till the contents turn golden brown. Now put the capsicum, peas and cabbage and fry them till all the veggies are half cooked and become crunchy. In this mixture, add the crushed roti pieces and stir-fry for at least five minutes. Add red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce and blend well. Top up with coriander leaves and combine well.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve hot, preferably with your favorite raita.
