Rum Balls

ingredients

    1. Cake Sponge 100 gms
    2. Rum 20 ml
    3. Raisins 20 gms
    4. Chocolate [To Add in Sponge] 100 gms
    5. Chocolate Sauce [To Coat] 100 gms
    6 Colorful Vermicelli To Garnish

preparation method

• Soak the raisins in rum for around 15-20 minutes.
• Take cake sponge and crumb it well. Melt chocolate on a double boiler and add the melted chocolate to the sponge crumb. Add the rum soaked raisins
• Make balls weighing 40 G each
• Dip these balls once again in Melted chocolate. Top with colorful vermecilli
