Sabudana roti is a delicious combination of sago, potato and green chilies.
Sago (washed and keep it moist for 4 hrs) :- 1 cup
Potato (peeled and grated) :- 1
Coriander leaves (chopped) :- Small bunch
Green chilies (chopped) :- 4
Roasted and coarsely powdered peanuts :- 1 tsp
Salt :- To taste
In a bowl, combine chilies, salt, potato, peanuts and coriander together. Stir well.
Put sago in this mixture and pour water if required.
Take some portion of this mixture and pat it on a flat plate with your fingers.
Spread little oil around and cook cover till the lower side of roti becomes golden brown.
Flip it and repeat the same.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
