Salted Caramel Coated Strawberries

A mixture of salt and sugar that make the taste buds go wild.

ingredients

    10 fresh strawberries

    20 caramels

    Whipping cream: 1-1/2 tablespoon

    Salt: ΒΌ teaspoon

    Coarsely chopped nuts: 1 cup

    Wax paper

preparation method

Soak the strawberries for in an ice bath for 5 minutes to restore their perky leaves.

Pat the strawberries completely dry with a towel

Microwave the salt, caramels and whipping cream in a microwave safe dish for 2 minutes at medium temperature and stir at intervals on 1 minute.

Dip each straw berry half way through the mixture. Then roll them in nuts and place it aside for 15 minutes before serving.
