Shrimp and Feta Scampi

A combination of seafood and vegetables which produces freshness in terms of taste and flavors.

A seafood dish, light in taste and healthy in nature.


    Package spaghetti: 1

    Peeled and deveined Shrimp: 1½ pounds

    Package frozen snow peas: 1

    Green onions, sliced – 4

    Reduced-fat olive oil vinaigrette: ⅓ cup

    Freshly ground black pepper: ¼ teaspoon

    Reduced-fat feta cheese: ½ cup crumbled

preparation method

In a sauce pan add water and cook the pasta for 9 minutes till it turns soft.

Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 3 minutes till the shrimp turns pink.

Then in a colander drain and rinse the peas. Add the pasta and shrimp mixture in the colander and toss with the peas.

Transfer the contents into a bowl and pour in the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Serve in a deep dish with bread alongside.

    Serve with toasted bread or pita slices.
