Skirt Steak Tacos
Skirt Steak tacos is a simple, easy to make Mexican dish, with sweet and tangy flavor.
Skirt steak – 2 pounds (trimmed fat)
Black pepper and salt– to taste
Cooking oil - 2 teaspoons
lettuce – 2 cups
Tomatoes – 2 tomatoes (diced)
Cilantro – 2 tablespoons (minced)
Avocado – 2 (pitted, sliced)
Cheese – 1 cup
Lime – 1 (wedged)
Flour - 8
Heat a pan on medium flame. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add cooking oil into the pan and add the steak pieces. Let it cook for 3 minutes.
Keep the steak pieces aside for 5 minutes then slice it into thin ribbons.
Whisk salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil together. Taste the vinaigrette, it should be tangy.
Top the steak with lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes and avocado slices.
Add cheese on top of the steak and lime wedges on the side
