Sol Kadi with Golgappe

ingredients

    Water to boil

    1 cup Kokum

    1 cup grated coconut

    3 cloves chopped garlic

    2-3 green chillies

    Salt to taste

    Coriander

    1 boiled chopped potato

    Nylon sev

preparation method

In a pan , add water and kokum and boil for a few minutes. Now, strain this and make a paste out of the strained portion.

In a mixi, add grated coconut , 3 cloves chopped garlic , 2-3 green chillies and a little water and grind . Now, put this in a muslin cloth and strain. Add kokum paste , salt to taste , green coriander and mix well. Keep aside.

In a separate bowl , add a chopped boiled potato , and add nylon sev. Chop kokumin it. Now, pour the sol kadi in shot glasses . Fill the golgappas with the prepared filling , and serve .
