Sooji Veggie Tostie

ingredients

    1 Semolina  1 cup
    2 Green capsicum, chopped ½ cup
    3 Red capsicum, chopped ½ cup
    5 Yellow capsicum, chopped ½ cup
    6 Carrots, grated 1/ 2 cup
    7 Cabbage, grated ½ cup
    8 Yogurt 1 cup
    10 Salt to taste Salt to taste
    11 Green Chilli, finely chopped 1 tsp
    12 Coriander 1 tbsp
    13 Whole Wheat bread as required 1 tbsp

Method

  1. In a bowl put  ,1 cup Semolina ,½ cup Green capsicum, chopped  ,½ cup Red capsicum, chopped½ cup Yellow capsicum, chopped ,1/ 2 cup Carrots, grated  , ½ cup Cabbage, grated , 1 cup Yogurt Salt to taste  ,1 tsp Green Chilli, finely chopped  1 tbsp Coriander  and mix well.
  2. Spread the mixture on the bread .Heat some oil in a pan  and cook both ides of the toast until slight red. Garnish with cheese and ketchup and serve.
