Spaghetti with Tomatoes

The Spaghetti with tomatoes is an ideal summer pasta with tomatoes as the main attraction.


    Tomatoes (seeded and cut into half inch pieces):- 1-1/2 pound

    Black olives (pitted):- ½ cup

    Feta cheese (crumbled):- ¼ pound

    Drained capers:- 3 tbsp

    Chopped flat-leaf parsley:- 3 tbsp

    Salt:- To taste

    Ground black pepper:- ¼ tsp

    Spaghetti:- ¾ pound

    Olive oil:- 6 tbsp

    Garlic cloves (minced):- 3

In a large bowl, mix the capers, tomatoes, feta, parsley, olives, pepper and salt together.

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti and then drain.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium flame.

Put the garlic to it and stir for one minutes. Let it cook.

Combinethe cooked pasta and the remaining ingredients to this tomato mixture. Toss well to mix.

Switch off the heat and serve hot.

Serving Suggestions

    Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
