Spanish Cinnamon Cake
Refined Flour (Maida) – 1 ½ cup
Cinnamon (Dalchini) powder – 1 ½ tsp
Salt (Namak) – ¼ tsp
Baking soda(Khaane ka soda) – ½ tsp
Baking powder – 1 ½ tsp
Buttermilk (Chaas) – 1 cup
Melted butter (Makhan) – 5 tbsp
Egg (Anda) – 1
Sugar (Cheeni) – ½ cup
Step 1 – Take a bowl, add an egg, buttermilk, and melted butter in it and then beat properly.
Step 2 – Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 3 – Pour the egg mixture in the flour mixture, and blend both well with the help of a whisk, till it becomes a smooth creamy mixture.
Step 4 – Pre- heat oven at 200 degrees. In a buttered cake tin/ steel cake mould or buttered glass dish, pour batter and spread evenly. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
