Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Kebabs


    1. Chicken, finely minced 500g chicken
    2 Salt to taste
    3 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground 1 tsp
    4 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp
    5 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp
    6 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
    7 100 gms cheese 100 gms
    8 ½ bunch spinach, blanched ½
    9 1 tsp cardamom powder 1 tsp
    10 cumin powder, toasted
    11 Black pepper, freshly ground 1tsp
    12  Green chili, finely chopped 2
    13 Egg 1
    14 Breadcrumbs 3/4th cup
    15 olive oil for frying

preparation method

1.In a bowl mix Chicken, finely minced Salt to taste, blackpepper, freshly ground soy sauce 1 tsp garam masala ginger garlic paste…
2.In another bowl, cheese spinach blanched, cardamom powder cumin powder, toasted black pepper, freshly ground. Mix well.
3.On a satey stick , add a layer of cheese fillng and top it up the layer of minced chicken mixture.
4.Pour 1 drop oil in a grill pan , cook the satey sticks .
5.Cut in pieces .Serve hot.
