Spirelli in a Zucchini Walnut Pesto


    1. Spireli 1 cup
    2. Green Zucchini 1 cup
    3. Pine nuts 2 tbsp
    4. Garlic 1 tbsp
    5. Olive Oil 2 tbsp
    6. Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp
    7. Cherry Tomato 2 tbsp
    8. Yellow squash ΒΌ cup
    9. Water To cook pasta
    10. Salt To taste

preparation method

Scrape Parmesan cheese
Put spirali in boiling salted water
Add Roasted walnut and Pine nuts(chilgoza) , chopped green portion of zucchini, garlic, Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil in a grinder and grind it and pesto is ready.
Add salt in it.
Once pasta is cooked, drain the water and add olive oil in it and give it a toss.
Scoop out small balls from yellow squash and roast it with black olives and cherry tomatoes. Add chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper in it.
Add pasta and grated Parmesan cheese in the same pan and toss it.
Take a plate and line it with pesto and place spirali pasta on it.
Serve it
