Crispy cookies which will be hard to stop eating.
All-purpose flour: - 2-¾ cups
Baking soda: - 1 tsp
Baking powder: - ½ tsp
Butter (softened):- 1 cup
White sugar: - 1-½ cups
Egg: - 1
Vanilla extract: - 1 tsp
Ungreased cookie sheet
Preheat microwave to 190 degrees C.
In a bowl, mix the baking soda, baking powder and flour together. Keep aside.
In another bowl, cream together the sugar and cream until fluffy.
Then beat in vanilla and egg.
Blend this mixture in the dry ingredients gradually and then put little portions of dough onto ungreased sheet.
Bake in the preheated microwave until golden and then take out.
Keep cookie sheet aside for two minutes.
Transfer cookies on wire racks to cool down completely.
Serve with tea or add some toppings and serve.
