Summer Salsa

Add a dash of spice in your meals with this delicious salsa recipe. Snack it with chips, nachos or carrot sticks.


    Small onion (chopped):- 1

    Garlic clove (chopped):- 1

    Zest and juice of lemon:- 1

    Salt:- Pinch

    Drizzle of olive oil

    Roma tomatoes (chopped):- 4

    Orange bell pepper (chopped):- ¼

    Red bell pepper (chopped):- ¼

    Yellow bell pepper (chopped):- ¼

    Jalapeno (seeded and diced):- 1

    Black beans:- 1 cup

    Frozen corn:- 1 cup

    Chopped cilantro:- ½ cup

preparation method

In a bowl, mix the onion, lime zest and juice, salt and garlic. Stir well and let cook to soften the garlic and onion.

Now mix the remaining ingredients into it and combine well. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot or keep it in a fridge till ready to serve.

    Serve hot with Tacos.Serve chilled.
