Summer Soup Shots


    SR.NO. INGREDIENTS [For the Tikki] QTY
    1. Cucumber [Washed & Peeled] 2 Nos
    2. Mint 2 tbsp
    3. Parsley 2 tbsp
    4. Yogurt 250 gms
    5. Chives 2 tbsp
    6 Sour Cream 3 tsp
    7. Salt To taste

preparation method

• In a blender, add some ice cubes, curd, cucumber, chopped mint, chopped parsley and salt and blend well.
• Add cream and blend again.
• Pour in glasses and garnish with finely chopped chives and a dollop of sour cream.
