Sweet Momos

ingredients

     1 Cashew 10 nos
    2 Almonds 10 nos
    3 Pistachios 10 nos
    4 Walnuts 10 nos
    5 Rice flour 1 bowl small
    6 Sugar powder To taste
    7 Sesame seeds 1 tsp
    8 Green cardamom powder Pinch
    9 Nutmeg powder Pinch
    10 Honey 1tbsp

preparation method

Chop cashew, almonds, pistachio and walnut and dry roast it for a while.
In a bowl take rice flour, powdered sugar, oil and water and prepare a dough and keep to rest for sometime in the fridge.
Now make small pan cakes of dough.
Remove the roasted dry fruits in a bowl and let it cool a bit, then add in the roasted sesame seeds, green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and Honey and mix it properly.
Take the raw pancake, apply a little water so that it does not dry up.
Add the dry fruit mixture to the centre of the rice flour pan cakes and fold it.
Now keep the momos in a steamer and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Finally take out the momos and garnish it with honey and dry fruits and serve it.
