A perfect dinner time dish meant to be enjoyed with a large glass of wine
With every big bite, loads of flavors to enjoy.
Round steak, 1 inch thick: 2 pounds
Flour: ¼ cup
Salt and pepper
Oil: 3 Tablespoons
Chopped onion: ½ cup
Tomatoes, with juice, cut up: 1 can
Combine the pepper and salt into the meat. Stir fry the meat till it tenderizes.
Top off the meat with tomato and onions and place it on a baking tray.
Place the tray in the oven preheated at 350 F and bake for 1 ¾ hours.
Remove and serve warm with steamed vegetables alongside.
Serve with a glass of wine or steamed vegetables.
