Tamatar Ni Gravy Ma Cutlet


    1 Oil 1 tbsp, 2 tbsp
    2 Onion 1 onion chopped
    3 Ginger paste 2 tsp
    4 Garlic paste 2 tsp
    5 Coriander powder 2 tsp
    6 Cumin powder 1 tsp
    7 Tomatoes 1 cup
    8 Tomato puree 1 cup
    9 Green peas 30 gms
    10 Garam masala Pinch
    11 Salt To taste
    12 Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    13 Pav bhaji masala 2 tsp
    14 Coriander leaves 4 tsp
    15 Mint leaves 4 tsp
    16 Bread 4 nos
    17 Corn flour 1 tsp
    18 Vinegar 1 tsp
    19 Sugar 1 tsp
    20 Potato 3 nos

preparation method

For gravy- add oil in a pan and add half chopped onion, half garlic paste, half ginger paste and sauté it
Add half coriander powder, half cumin powder, chopped tomato and tomato puree and mix it well and let it cook for some time. Then add chopped coriander and mint leaves , vinegar and little bit sugar
Now take mashed potatoes in a bowl and add green peas, chopped onions, ginger- garlic paste, garam masala,coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Now cut the edges of bread slices and cut in small pieces and soak it in water, remove and squeeze out the excess water by pressing it and add it to the mashed potato mixture and mix the mixture properly.
Now make cutlets (croquettes) of the mixture and coat it with corn flour and shallow fry it in oil
When the cutlets (croquettes) are shallow fried add it to the gravy and cook it for some time.
Take it out in a serving plate and garnish it with yellow and green bell pepper, curd and mint leaves.
