|2||Rice flour||2 cups|
|4||Ghee||3 tbsp (5-6 tbsp)|
|5||Oil||For deep frying|
|8||Strawberry crush||For garnishing|
In a pan add some water and jaggery and let it melt.
For malpoya- Take rice flour in a bowl and add maida, dates, melted jaggery and little bit of water and mix it properly and make a batter of it.
Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
Make small balls of batter and deep fry it till it becomes golden brown and take it out on a kitchen towel and let it soak the excess oil, then place on a serving plate.
For caramelized banana- Take sugar in a pan and let it melt. When the sugar is melted cut small pieces of banana in it and mix it properly.
Finally garnish malpoya with caramelized banana and strawberry crush.
