    1 Almond paste 60 gm
    2 Honey dew melon 200 gm
    3 Musk melon 200 gm
    4 Boiled oats 60 gm
    5 Toasted flax seeds 20 gm
    6 Yoghurt 60 gm
    7 Skimmed milk 150 gm
    8 Thandai crush 70 gm
    9 Honey 1 ½ tsp
    10 Garnish with almond flakes toasted

preparation method

1. Blend all together
2. Garnish with almond flakes & melon balls
