Thandai & melon smoothie with oat
Boil almonds in hot water, remove skins & blend to make almond paste.
Almond paste 60 gm(2 heaped tbsp)
Honey dew melon:200gm
Toasted flax seeds-20gm
Skimmed milk- 150gm
Honey- 11/2 tbsp.
Garnish with almond flakes toasted.
- Blend all together
- Garnish with almond flakes & melon balls
