Thandai Mousse with Kala Jamun


    White chocolate(roughly chopped)                           125 gms

    Fresh cream                                                                62.5 ml

    Whipping cream                                                         ½ cup

    Thandai powder                                                          1 tbsp

    Mini Kala jamun                                                        12-15

preparation method

In a pan, heat cream and add chocolate. Mix till the chocolate melts. Fold in the whip cream and thandai powder and mix well.

Cut the kala jamuns into half, and keep aside.

In a glass pipe in half thandai mousse put the mini kala jamuns in between and again pipe in the thandai mousse in it.

Top with whipped cream, kala jamon , chopped kesar and pista .

Serve cold.
