The Magic Pancake
A meal prepared at breakfast or brunch for all children and adults to enjoy.
A little piece of heaven to make the taste buds go wild.
Eggs, slightly beaten: 4
All-purpose flour: 2/3 cup
Milk: 2/3 cup
Finely shredded Swiss, cheddar: 1 cup
Cooked bacon pieces: 2 Tablespoons
Coat an oven proof saucepan with shortening completely.
Place the pan in a preheated oven at 400 F and heat it for a couple of minutes.
Alongside in a bowl add the eggs, flour and milk and whisk the ingredients till the mixture is on a consistent thickness.
Pour the batter into the warm saucepan and place it in the oven again for 20 minutes till the upper surface is completely coated with a golden brown exterior
Drizzle the top of the pancake with bacon and cheese and serve the wedges warm.
Serve with extra bacon and cheese.
