1 Chicken stock 400 ml
    2 Garlic 8 nos
    3 Green chillies 4 nos
    4 Spring onion 2 nos
    5 Carrot 1 big
    6 Chicken keema 250 gms
    7 Egg 1 nos
    8 Spring onion leaves 3 nos
    9 Salt To taste
    10 Broccoli 15 gms
    11 Noodles ½ packet

preparation method

Take a deep pan and add chicken stock, bring to a boil and add crushed garlic, chopped green chillies, chopped green onion and let it cook.
Peel carrot and into small dices and add it into the stock.
In a bowl take chicken kheema and add egg, spring onion greens, crushed garlic, chopped green chillies and salt in it and mix it properly.
Now make small balls of chicken kheem and drop it to the boiling stock.
Cut broccoli and add it into the stock.
Now add noodles and little bit of water and let it boil.
Finally take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with spring onion, red and yellow bell pepper, finely sliced and serve it hot.
