|1.||Soaked green moongdal||1 cup|
|2.||Soaked wheat||1 cup|
|3.||Soaked rice||1 cup|
|5.||Cashew nuts||2 tbsp|
• Roast soaked moongdal, soaked wheat and soaked rice (all separately)
• Take a deep bowl and mix roasted moongdal, roasted wheat and roasted rice.
• Add almonds and cashew nut to it and grind it.
• Take a pan with 2 cups of milk.
• Add 4 tablespoons of the roasted powder and add sugar.
• Heat it till it boils
