Tomato Basil Skewers
Tomato basil skewers is easy to make that is why they are a favorite for every party. Once you gorge on them, they just melt in your mouth.
Fresh mozzarella balls: 16
Basil leaves: 16
Cherry tomatoes: 16
Extra-virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Coarse salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
To make this light and healthy snack, a few steps need to be implemented.
First, take a skewer and make sure it is not rusted or damaged, add the tomatoes, mozzarella balls and basil leaves.
Sprinkle a little pepper and salt on the top.
Drizzle olive oil and serve it with a green chutney dip or low fat mayonnaise.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper along with extra paprika on the side.
