Tomato Salad with Cheese Crisps

ingredients

      For cheese crisps:  
    1. Grated cheese ½ cup
    2. Four ½ cup
         
      For Salad:  
    1. Mustard paste 1 tsp
    2. Fresh Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
    3. Parsley 1 tbsp
    4. Salt To taste
    5. Ground Pepper To taste
    6. Vinegar 2 tsp
    7. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp
    8 Honey 1 tsp
         
      For Salad:  
    1. Bread croutons 4-5 Nos
    2. Mustard paste 1 tsp
    3. Tomatoes [Cut into Chunks] 1 cup
    4. Scallions [Sliced] 1 Bunch
    5. Chopped Fresh Dill 2 tbsp
    6. Grated Go Cheese 1 Cup
    7. Flour (whole wheat) 1 tbsp
    8 Sliced Cucumber 1 nos
    9. Lettuce leaves 4-5 leaves
    10. Tomato slices For garnish
    11. Croutons For garnish
    12. Cheese crisps For garnish

preparation method

For cheese crisps:

• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
• Take a baking tray and put baking paper on it. Grate the cheese on it and sprinkle flour on it.
• Put it in oven for 7-10 mins till it becomes golden.

For dressing:
• Meanwhile, whisk the mustard paste, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil and honey and mix it well.

For Salad:
• Add the tomato chunks, cucumber, bread croutons, lettuce leaves and scallions.

How to proceed:

• Remove the cheese tray from the oven. Cool slightly, then add it in the salad bowl and save some for the garnish.
• Add mustard dressing in salad and toss it.
• Pour the salad on salad platter.
• Garnish it with tomato slices, croutons and cheese crisps and serve.
