Tri Color Hummus

ingredients

    1. Boiled Chick Peas 200gms
    2. Garlic 30gms
    3. Tahini Paste 20ml
    4. Olive Oil 100ml
    5. Lemon Juice 15ml
    6 Spinach 20gms
    7. Capsicum 20gms
    8 Red Bell Pepper 20gms
    9 Olive’s 20gms
    10. Salt As Per Taste

preparation method

• In a blender add the boiled chickpeas, garlic, tahini paste, olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
• Blend it till it forms a thick smooth paste
• Make three portions of the hummus paste; Keep one aside
• In one portion, add the spinach and the capsicum puree and mix it well.
• In the other portion, add chopped olives and red bell peppers. Mix it well.
• Serve these two with the remaining portion in a mezze platter with pita bread.
